My Traffic Bonus

I jusr got an email telling me that my traffic bonus will begin in about 48 hours. This was an early bird  bonus included by the sponsor who had the ad that I answered originally. As long as I'm still a member I'll receive 5,000 targeted visitors each month. It's interesting to note that it took a month for that bonus to kick in. There were two other bonuses included that I haven't received any notification on so I'll send an email today to find out why I haven't received those yet. One bonus is to have access to a forum of other Clickbank Pirate members and be able to chat with them about what's working and what's not. I could sure use that right now.

One Month on The Internet

I know I'm been with Clickbank Pirate for one month now because I was charged my monthly fee of $37 today. I just checked Clickbank and I still have zero sales in that time period. It would be easy for me to blame CBP for this lack of production, but I know I can only blame myself. I have relied too heavily on my email blasts and they nenevr worked in the past so I shouldn't be surprised that they failed to produce any sales this time. I haven't worked the system the way I should or can so I now have 30 more days to try and make it work before their 60-day money back guarantee runs out. I just have to trust that the people who crated CBP know what they are doing when they say, "Just work the system and you will make money."

The Truth About Internet Spyware

Hearing the word spyware tends to evoke an image of popups for most internet users. It would probably surprise most to learn that almost every internet user has at least some spyware or adware on their computer. The reason for this is that these parasites can hide in areas of the computer that you can't normally access.

The biggest problem with these parasites is that most users don't know just how dangerous they can actually be. Sure they cause your computer to slow down (a lot), install things you don't want, and more, but they also do much worse things. Having spyware or adware on your computer compromises your privacy to a very dangerous level.

How often do you enter personal information on the internet? For most people, this will be very often. Many of these parasites will track everywhere that you go on the internet and report it back to it's creator. It doesn't stop at that though. Not only will it track everywhere you go, but it will track everything you type and click at these locations as well.

What this means is that if you enter sensitive data such as your social security number, credit card number, bank password, or anything else of that nature, a stranger also has that information. To make matters even worse, this information is often sold to even more people; this means that hundreds of people could have access to all of your personal information.

If you want to keep your privacy on the internet, you'll need to rid yourself of any spyware and adware that inhabits your computer. There is a free report named "Adware Removal" which outlines everything that spyware and adware do, as well as how to get rid of it. Remember, the report is completely free and definitely worth a read.

Other Internet Money Making Blogs

I just Googled the term "Blogs: Can Anyone Make Money On the Internet?" and there were over 125,000,000 entries. I checked the first 100 and my blog was not there. It might have something to do with keyword density or the fact that I only have one follower, but I'm still disappointed. Some of those blogs deal with the question in genereal and some more specifically on if anyone can make money blogging. There are a few saying you can't, but most say you can and show how it's done. I just hope I can improve my baby blog and move up into the top one million.

Free Advertising Methods

I’ve already mentioned some of many free ways to promote your online business. Classified ads is a big one, but I wanted to list some of the others as well. Try these:

Email signatures
Blogs
Banner exchanges
Articles
Forums
Safelists
Traffic Exchanges
Social Media- Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Giveaways

You might be wondering about banners because they’re not free. With most systems you pay a startup fee or membership fee. Included with many systems are promo tools which may include a banner. You can join a banner exchange and allow other people to place their banner on your site while your banner shows on their site. Each of these methods can take a long time to explain so I’ll use other blogs to explain them. Traffic Generation 101 has detailed training on all these subjects to help you understand them better.

Internet Turnkey Packages

One of the benefits of joining Clickbank Pirate is that you get five turnkey businesses complete with promo tools to market them. As long as you are a member they add one turnkey package each month to keep you busy promoting and making money. You don’t have to promote all of them. I’m just picking out the ones that appeal to me to see if I can make money with them as well as Clickbank Pirate. One is No Adware and the other is Infinite Income Plan. I’ll be promoting them here on my blog as well as any other turnkey systems that I think will help others

Surfing The Internet For Credits

Surf’s up! I’ve lived in southern California all my life and I’ve never been a good surfer. However surfing the web is a lot easier and you don’t have to be a strong swimmer. When you join a traffic exchange you can surf for money. Well, credit really. People trying to promote their businesses with emails join these exchanges and everybody reads everyone else’s emails. You read other people’s emails, earn credits, and then you get your emails read in exchange for your credits. Sounds boring compared to regular surfing doesn’t it? One benefit to email surfing is you get to see how other people are marketing. If you see a good headline, write it down and save it. You can learn a lot and get some good exposure by joining a traffic exchange. You can also buy credits if you don’t have a lot of time to surf or upgrade so you get more credits when you do surf.

Internet Advertising On The Cheap: Free Classifieds

One inexpensive way to advertise an online business is to use free classifieds. If you Google "free classifieds" you will see sites like UsFreeAds, Craigslist, Backpage, Spider and more. You can join for free and then create an ad and run it for free. Your ad will run anywhere from one week to 30 days and then you'll have to renew it. On Craigslist you can run an ad in your city and then run an ad in other cities. Almost all these services offer you a chance to upgrade for a price. Place some ads with different services and track them to see how well they do. If one seems to be producing you might consider an upgrade. Just remember to use a eye catching headline and use keywords frequently in your ad. That way it has a better chance to be ranked on Google.

A One Year Anniversary

I just had an anniversary and it's not one I wanted to celebrate. One year ago I was laid off from work. I've been looking for work ever since and have only survived on unemployment checks. The last of those checks arrives this week so you can see the sense of urgency I have to succeed on the Internet. I may have to do some odd jobs or work at a temporary labor agency, but somehow I'll get by until I produce some income online. Like I said before, failure is not an option. Hopefully a year from now I'll be celebrating the anniversary.of getting my first check from my Internet business.

Checking For Checks

I checked last night to see if I had made any sales since I joined Clickbank Pirate. I wasn’t surprised to see a zero in my account for the last pay period. I haven’t even been working this program for a week yet and most of that has been training. I still have to finish reading all the Traffic Generation 101 materials and then I can concentrate on just applying what I’ve learned . Up to now I've only being doing daily email blasts (to 3.1 million people), using a banner on this blog, and written a few articles. Now I'm going on vacation for a week and won't be able to start any new promotions until I get back. That means I may not see any sales for three weeks. I would be disappointed if I didn’t see any sales by Wednesday the 16th. It would also be nice to see some emails captured. Then those people will be marketed to repeatedly until they buy or throw up. I like that.

Internet Bonuses Up The Ying-Yang

I have only been a member of Clickbank Pirate for five days, but it's taking me forever to go through all the bonuses included with the system. I still have lots of stuff to read too as my training continues. The problem with the bonuses is that for everyone you download there are maybe five more bonuses included with it. It takes time to go through all of them and you have to be careful. Most of them look like they are free, but some aren't and some come as a 30-day trial. I haven't even listed them all yet, but I'd say there are at least a dozen to two dozen free bonuses that could help me earn money on the Internet. It's a little like waking up Christmas morning and seing the living room filed with presents spilling out from underneath the Christmas tree.

Internet Autosuggestion

I have a note on my bathroom mirror that I see several times a day. Each time I see it I read it out loud with emotion:
"I will earn over one million dollars ($1,000,000) by December 31st, 2010. I will create this wealth from Internet businesses and investing in real estate."
It's called autosuggestion and I first learned about it from reading the best selling book "Think and Grow Rich". If you do something similar you'll be conditioning your subconscious mind to work towards your goals in ways you can't even imagine. My original goal was to be a millionaire by the end of this year, but now it's September and this autosuggestion gives me 16 months to achieve my goal. Can I make it? There's no reason to think I should be able to make money on the Internet or in real estate because I haven't so far. That's in the past. I write my own future as I write this blog every day. I'm writing it to succeed on the Internet, in real estate, and in everything else in life. Write on. (That's not me in the mirror. I thought the image was cool because the guy looks like he's saying: "You're going to make money on the Internet, damnit!' "Okay! Okay!")
